Most dirt- and water-soluble stains can be wiped clean from aprons, vests and skirts with a cloth dipped in mild household dish soap that has been diluted in cold water. We offer more detailed cleaning dos and don’ts on our Product Care page.

All Xenolite garments are covered under a three-year warranty. This is only for defects in core materials and workmanship. Damage due to customer mishandling is not covered. Some examples of damage from customer mishandling include melting from heat exposure, puncturing from sharp objects and submersion from cleaning. You can measure yourself or someone else for X-ray garments with a few quick measurements using a cloth measuring tape. It’s important to do so accurately as length and overlap are necessary to ensure proper protection. Measurements should be obtained while standing as straight as possible, looking straight ahead. Xenolite lead-free aprons, as well as our protective eyewear products, can be customised. We offer a variety of garment colours, fabrics, logos and monograms. Our eyewear also comes in various styles and colours and we offer single, bifocal and progressive prescriptions.

Yes. Our radiation protection apparel is certified using the new (EU) 2016/425 BBG broad-beam test. Xenolite’s lead-free Strata+ (300 Series), leaded Strata Pb (200 Series) and EVAL (900 Series) attenuation materials are fully compliant with these standards. Please be advised that anyone claiming to meet the new standard should be posting their area weights on apron labels. These weights should match the weights on their test report for certification.

Xenolite’s patented lightweight, durable and environmentally friendly technology is a blend of varying attenuating elements. These are embedded in a thermoplastic elastomer.

Xenolite garments are available in multiple grades of core protection materials, which come in three standard levels of protection: 0.5mm, 0.35mm and 0.25mm. However, as a manufacturer, the Xenolite grades of material can be made in many different lead equivalencies.

Standard shipping charge is 2% of the order value. With a minimum shipping fee of £20.00 per order.

We deliver to UK Mainland only via a third-party delivery company. Please ask us before placing an order if you would like to check your delivery address is eligible.

Product returns may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion based on individual situations. Any product returns that result in a credit, will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge on the original invoice value. To discuss a return, please contact us directly.
